“The Next Time You Open Your Mouth”

Life and death are in the power of the tongue. (18:21) Everything that you say has the power to bring forth or shut down. So, what are you saying?

I get it. It’s easy to carelessly say things in casual conversation. But it doesn’t matter. You’re still speaking it into existence. For by your words you will be acquitted, and by your words you will be condemned. (Matthew 12:37)

It only takes ONE negative comment to KILL a dream. Remember that the next time you open your mouth! (Bishop Dale C. Bronner)

“Say to the righteous that it will go well with them, For they will eat the fruit of their actions.” (Isaiah 3:10)

“Cheers To My Problems”

Problems are a matter or situation regarded as unwelcome or harmful and needing to be dealt with and overcome. How many of you got problems right now? Well, cheers to them!

Because at the end of the day, problems are never going to go away.  It doesn’t matter if you have problems on your job, home or even in a relationship. But the good news is….all problems have an end date.

Remember, to every problem there is already a solution whether you know it or not. (Grenville Kleiser)

“I have said these things to you, that in me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation. But take heart; I have overcome the world.”” (John 16:33)

“The Enemy Has You Right Were God Wants You”

John 10:10 tells us that the enemy comes only to steal, kill and destroy. And for many folks right now, they feel as if life is killing them because of what they’re going through. But is it really?

You must learn to count it all joy when you’re facing trials of various kinds. (James 1:2) YES! It might feel as if it’s killing you. However, what the enemy means for evil God is working for your good. (Genesis 50:20)

Remember, don’t be disheartened by the forces of evil. Nothing can happen that God hasn’t allowed. Even resistance is all part of grand orchestration. The devil always has you right were God wants you. (Steve Maraboli)

“I have told you all this so that you may have peace in me. Here on earth you will have many trials and sorrows. But take heart, because I have overcome the world.”” (John 16:33)

“Diluting Your Truth”

I’m not good enough. I’m too fat. I don’t think that I can do this.  Is that you? Constantly putting yourself down and having self-doubt?

Truth is YOU ARE fearfully and wonderfully made. (Psalm 139:14) It’s the enemy that’s trying to creep in and attack your insecurities and make you think you are something that you’re’ not.

But thank God we know the devil is a lie!!! (John 8:44)

Remember, do not dilute the truth of your potential. We often convince ourselves that we cannot change, that we cannot overcome the circumstances of our lives. That is simply not true. You have been blessed with immeasurable power to make positive changes in your life. But you can’t just wish it, you can’t just hope it, you can’t just want it… you have to LIVE it, BE it, DO it. (Steve Maraboli)

“This Is Like A Fairy Tale”

A fairy tale ending would be great for a lot of stories in our lives. But the truth is our everyday life is often filled with the “other” kind of fairy tales – the ones that are so wild, they’re hard to believe.

Life can get so crazy and out of control that even Lifetime Movie Network couldn’t write that type of script. So, what do you do?

Well, you don’t get weary in well doing and give up. (Galatians 6:9) Yes, it’s hectic and crazy right now, but God is not leaving you in the forest alone. He is right there with you fighting on your behalf. (Exodus 14:14)

Remember, fairy tales are more than true: not because they tell us that dragons exist, but because they tell us that dragons can be beaten. (Neil Gaiman)

“Do not be afraid of them; the LORD your God himself will fight for you.”” (Deuteronomy 3:22)

“Bag Lady, Bag Man”

Baggage. And I’m not talking about the baggage that you have when you’re about to travel. I’m talking about  past experiences or long-held ideas regarded as burdens and impediments. How many of you have baggage that you need to unload?

There comes a time that you must stop walking around with all those bags dragging you down. Truth is they are causing damage and harm to your back. So, why are you carrying them?

Remember, future successes can be diminished by carrying baggage from the past. Let go of the excess baggage. (Reed B. Markham)

“I cannot carry all these people by myself; the burden is too heavy for me.” (Numbers 11:14)
