“Judging The Ones Sitting Next To You”

Girl did you see what she had on? Man look at the shoes he’s wearing? Now they know better coming in here with that on? Have you’ve been “THAT” person?

You know what I mean – Talking about someone because they don’t look like you or they don’t have what you thought they should have to be somewhere? Truth is, you don’t know what the next person sitting next to you has gone through or what it took for them to get up that morning.

Remember, we may never know the treacherous journey people have taken to land in the pew next to us. (Rosaria Butterfield)

“For in the same way you judge others, you will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.” (Matthew 7:2)

“You Can’t Fool A Seed”

How many are you walking around being nice, loving, kind and generous to those around you? And how many of you are being nasty, wicked, evil and surly to folks?

Don’t get it twisted, God can’t be mocked. For whatever you sow you will reap. (Galatians 6:7) So, be careful of the seed you’re throwing down.

Remember, you can’t fool a seed. It already knows its assignment. Regardless of what you name it, it will produce after its kind. (Hart Ramsey)

“The point is this: whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows bountifully will also reap bountifully.” (2 Corinthians 9:6)

When you’ve been done wrong it’s a knee jerk reaction to want to get revenge and retaliate the wrong that was done. But you can’t! God says, that vengeance and retribution belongs to Him. (Deuteronomy 32:35)

So, now what you ask? YOU be still, and let The Lord fight for you. (Exodus 14:14) You don’t need to fight, argue, scheme or be conniving. God got this!!!

Remember, NEVER RETALIATE! Their deed is a seed that will run its course. It was sown in your garden; but it will come up in theirs. (Hart Ramsey)

“Do not avenge yourselves, beloved, but leave room for God’s wrath. For it is written: “Vengeance is Mine, I will repay, says the Lord.”” (Romans 12:19)

“I’m Being Abused”

I don’t like you. I don’t love you. You will be nothing without me. Those are piercing words that can hurt to the soul. Not only saying those things to a person hurts, but it’s also called abuse.

Abuse can be mental, physical and emotional. None of which are healthy for you.  You must know that love is patient and kind. It’s not envious, boasting, arrogant or rude. (1 Corinthians 13:4-7)

Remember, don’t let the fear of leaving cause you to ignore the pain in staying. If you don’t change your situation your situation will change you. (Sarah Jakes Roberts)

“Do you not know that you are God’s temple and that God’s Spirit dwells in you? If anyone destroys God’s temple, God will destroy him. For God’s temple is holy, and you are that temple.” (1 Corinthians 3:16-17)

“I Rebuke Thee”

More money, more problems. Higher levels, bigger devils. I’m sure you’ve heard those sayings before. But what happens when you’re the reason that the enemy is coming into your life?

See the enemy comes to steal, kill and destroy. (John 10:10) Therefore, YOU must be on guard and put on the full armor of God. So, that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes and strategies. (Ephesians 6:10-11)

Remember, you cannot rebuke a devil that you continuously grant access to your life. (Bishop T.D. Jakes)

“Be sober-minded; be watchful. Your adversary the devil prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour.” (1 Peter 5:8)

“A Control Freak”

Are you a person that must be in charge of everything? And I do mean EVERYTHING!!!! Under no circumstances are you willing to give up your control. You are what folks would call a control freak.

See, you can’t control everything. You might think that you’re going to oversee and handle it your way. But ultimately it’s The Lord’s will and purpose that will stand. (Proverb’s 19:21)

Remember, the only way God can show us He’s in control is to put us in situations we can’t control. (Steven Furtick)

“But the LORD’s plans stand firm forever; his intentions can never be shaken.” (Psalm 33:11)
